我们很荣幸地宣布2026年第二届可持续金融国际会议将于2026年的11月7日至8日（7日注册，8日宣讲）在中国广西壮族自治区南宁市召开，由广西外国语学院（中国）和上海商学院（中国）联合举办。2025年第一届会议聚焦可持续发展目标SDGs 14和15中的生物多样性主题，成功于2025年11月在成都举办，会议中宣讲的大部分论文已进入2025年会议支持期刊的第一轮和第二轮返修过程中，将于今年底前见刊。2026年会议将聚焦可持续发展目标SDGs 3、6和7中的环境治理、公共健康以及清洁能源主题。本次活动旨在联合相关专业的研究人员、从业人员以及政策制定者一同探究环境治理和公共健康、金融、能源以及可持续性的学科交叉点。本次会议将探讨环境治理、公共健康、生态系统、气候风险、能源灵活性和正义，国际经济和新兴市场方面的关键挑战，旨在弥合环境保护和金融市场之间的差距。
The Second International Conference on Sustainable Finance (ICSF 2026) will be held on November 7–8, 2026, in Nanning, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China (registration on November 7, full-day academic sessions on November 8). The conference is jointly organized by Guangxi University of Foreign Languages and Shanghai Business School.
The inaugural conference in 2025 focused on biodiversity themes under SDG 14 (Life Below Water) and SDG 15 (Life on Land), and was successfully held in Chengdu in November 2025. Most papers presented at the 2025 conference have entered first- and second-round revision processes with the conference’s supporting journals and are expected to be formally published by the end of 2026.
This year’s conference centers on environmental governance and public health issues under SDG 3 (Good Health and Well-being), SDG 6 (Clean Water and Sanitation) and SDG 7(Affordable and Clean Energy).
It aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, and policymakers across related disciplines to explore the frontiers at the intersection of environmental governance, public health, finance, energy and sustainable development. The conference confronts critical challenges in environmental governance, public health, ecosystems, climate risk, energy flexibility and justice, international economics, and emerging markets, bridging the gap between environmental protection and financial markets.

Professor of Economics and Finance, University Paris Saclay, UVSQ, IRD, France. 戚树森教授 Professor Shusen Qi
厦门大学管理学院财务学系副教授、博士生导师、厦门大学绿色管理研究院副院长、北京大学数字金融研究中心特约高级研究员、Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) 研究员、International Review of Economics & Finance副主编。研究领域为银行学、公司金融、气候金融等，相关研究成果发表于Journal of International Business Studies、Production and Operations Management、Review of Finance等国内外著名期刊，多次受邀访问国际清算银行、欧洲复兴开发银行、英国央行、德国央行、芬兰央行、匈牙利央行、印度央行、南非央行等国际金融监管机构。

郑尊信教授 Professor Zunxin Zheng
深圳大学经济学院教授、博士生导师。担任深圳大学经济数字化转型与高质量发展广东省普通高校哲学社会科学重点实验室负责人。Journal of Electronic Commerce Research期刊副主编。担任中国数量经济学会常务理事、广东经济学会副会长、广东省世界经济学会副会长、深圳市金融发展咨询委员会委员。研究方向包括金融工程、资产定价、货币金融等。主持广东省自然科学基金项目、国家自然科学基金项目（青年科学基金）及国家自然科学基金面上项目等。学术成果发表于《经济研究》、《管理世界》、《数量经济技术经济研究》、《中国管理科学》、《经济学动态》、《系统工程理论与实践》、《系统工程学报》、《金融学季刊》、《证券市场导报》等重要中文学术刊物以及被SCI和SSCI检索的重要外文学术刊物。获广东省第八届哲学社会科学优秀成果学术论文二等奖，连续两次获得深圳市哲学社会科学优秀成果学术论文一等奖，以及多次获得中国数量经济学会年度优秀论文一等奖、二等奖、三等奖等奖项。
